Before commissioning me PLEASE read all of this...

– I have the right to deny any commission offers with or without any explanation given.– Unless you request for me to keep the commission private, I have the right to upload it on my platforms or use it as an example for future work if I wish to.– I do both SFW and NSFW art, but you must be 18 or older to view my prices and commission me.– I have prices set the way they are and I will not change them just for benefit so don't try to argue or bargain with me.– Some commission types will be open, limited, or closed depending on my motivation to do those types of commissions so keep that in mind when you're commissioning me.– I only accept upfront payment (either half or full depends on you) through PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo.– I require clear communication and efficient visual references of what you would like; text description alone is not nearly enough aid.– Please have everything ready to send to me before commissioning me, I do not like sudden changes and add-ons beyond the first rough sketches.– I will always make sure to update you on any progress I make, especially in between each step.– I will usually take a month to three months to finish a commission depending on what I'm working on or how many I have, but don't always have a lot of energy so I may take longer than usual to finish a commission, please do not try to rush me and only ask for an update on your comm(s) if it's been more than three months since the last update.– I am only human so there may be some mistakes that I will make; if you notice something that I need to change or fix, let me know and I'll correct any mistakes I make with no additional fee if it was my own mistake.– If you request a refund, I will give you the full one if I haven't started; if I've got the sketch done, I will give you 75% back; and I will only give you half if it's any step further other than finished (where you won't get a refund because it'll be all finished by then)– I try to keep my style as consistent as possible; with that being said, there may be a difference in technique such as shading style and whatnot.– There may be some extra fees depending on the complexity of certain designs, ideas, and scenes.– Any commission you get from me is one-and-done, I do not like returning to previous commissions just to add additional things. You can commission me to draw the same character(s) over and over all you want, but I don't want to go back to a previous commission of them.– You may use the finished comm as a profile picture, banner, and in a thumbnail/video (sfw only for that) but only if I'm given proper credit.– I am both anti-AI art and anti-NFT so using my art for AI training and NFT trades is strictly prohibited.

How to commission me

I do tend to switch from working on one commission to another to keep myself from burnout so expect your commission to end up at the bottom of the waiting list after the rough sketch phase.– When your comm is all done (and you've sent me the rest of the payment if you opted to pay half), you can request for me to email you the PNG file or any other file you wish to use (if we're communicating via Bluesky or Instagram)If you've read my entire TOS, write the word "strawberry" at the end of your message
